Four new buildings totaling 185,000 SF at the Standard Equipment Company (SEC) Energy Products & Services corporate headquarters complex in northwest Houston.

The main building is a 54,000 SF pre-engineered metal warehouse and office facility with elevator and three motorized overhead doors. The other three are crane-served metal buildings for servicing equipment and include a total of 15 bridge cranes and numerous motorized overhead doors. The buildings also include break rooms, offices and continuous translucent wall lighting. The structures rest on slab-on-grade foundations that include perimeter grade beams and 12-foot-deep belled piers.

The scope of work also included site preparation, enhanced electrical service, concrete aprons for each building, and exterior lighting.
