This new 35,000 SF, two-story building serves as the primary entrance to the Bayport Terminal. The concrete tilt-wall and structural steel facility with a metal roof includes a secured suite for the Department of Homeland Security, as well as offices for gate/yard operations, communications and security. The LEED Silver building is designed to provide ample natural light through roof-level windows. An exterior curtain wall and special windows help maintain a comfortable interior temperature and improve energy efficiency.
