Architect: Powers Brown Architects
Rail-served Class A industrial development on 246 acres near the Houston Ship Channel. The state of the art logistics center features multi-modal capabilities for truck, rail, ship and barge served transport needs. The industrial park features on-site rail storage, ample trailer storage, 32- and 36-foot clear heights. The first phase includes a 485,000 SF cross dock building and a 295,000 SF cross dock building. Future phases will include front load and rail-served space.
The final facility will comprise 3 million SF, 2 million of which will be directly rail served. It will offer approximately 450 on-site railcar spots and direct access to Union Pacific’s Coady rail yard. The facility’s rail system is designed to support the largest containers being shipped today and the biggest rail users in the area.
