The Medical Education and Training Campus (METC) is a United States Department of Defense (DoD) integrated campus under a single university-style administration, with nearly 50 programs of study available to U.S. military enlisted students.

S&P was the contractor for the design-build of Medical Instructional Facilities (MIF) 3 and 4. MIF 3 includes operating rooms, laboratories, and classrooms and will cross-train enlisted medical personnel in behavioral health, surgery, otolaryngology, urology, and other specialties. The 175,000- SF facility also houses administrative and academic support staff.

MIF 4 is a 245,000 SF, two=story building that accommodates training for emergency and preventive medicine as well as other specialties.
