Kennedy-Curry Middle School
This extensive modernization project included a large addition to link the school’s three wings and gymnasium as well as a total renovation of the existing facility. The 130,945 square foot project required demolition of the existing Bishop Heights Elementary School and several other structures as well as construction of new football, baseball and softball fields.
The scope of work included renovation of the school’s three wings and gymnasium, expansion of the cafeteria to tie into the existing wings, replacement of ceilings, flooring, windows, lights and roof in existing buildings, as well as new instructional space, library, auditorium and administration area. Site work included athletic fields, site parking, service yard, fencing and landscaping.
