The JFK Terminal 4 Redevelopment Program Phase 1 consisted of a single award to an Architectural and Engineering team (A/E) and two separate awards; one was a Construction Manager at Risk for the addition and renovation of the terminal building and the BHS/CBIS systems upgrade with new East Box construction. The other was a hard bid general contractor for the addition to Concourse B. Both construction programs were conducted simultaneously and had to be completed prior to May 24, 2013 for Delta Air Lines’ scheduled opening day only two weeks later on June 6, 2013.

The joint venture of S&P and STV provided Program Management services for the full scope of work. Services provided include:

  • Vendor and airline relocation
  • Cost estimating
  • Schedule review
  • Contract administration
