William P. Hobby Airport Garage
Program Management services for a new 1,092,500 SF, 4 level, cast-in place parking structure accommodating 2,998 cars for the William P. Hobby Airport. A conditioned pedestrian bridge connects the top level of the parking structure to the new terminal expansion. External works include demolition of existing asphalt parking lots, asphalt roadways and concrete helix ramps.
S&P’s role was to review, analyze and report on the Construction Manager’s project schedule on a monthly basis. S&P’s primary deliverables to HAS included:
