Employing a strong process based on their experience and the latest in 3D technology, S&P teamed with the District staff and the design team to evaluate every element of the project. The information was then shared in a way that provided every member of the team an extraordinary level of understanding on a very complex job.

S&P worked closely with the District and the PBK team after the bid in an extraordinary value engineering and constructability process. S&P led the team through an exhaustive review of the entire facility using 3D models and a precise process for identifying and evaluating options and modifying the plans. Representatives from both Cy-Fair ISD and PBK have said they have never seen anything like the effort, the detailed use of technology, or the results.
