We’re experts in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified building, a US Green Building Council program that recognizes the use of sustainable design and buildingpractices, locally produced materials and systems that reduce energy consumption. We’ve created 26 successful projects totaling more than 4.5 million square feet and $642 million. We’ve innovated modeling and project delivery systems since our first LEED project in 2002, and we actively promote LEED education and certification within the company. Houston Business Journal recently named us a Top 5 Green Builder in Texas, and Engineering News-Record selected us as one of its Top 50 Green Builders in America.
