Peter Holland leads S&P’s federal business unit and has three decades of experience developing and managing business projects for engineering and construction. He has demonstrated success penetrating and driving growth in target markets serving the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Veterans Administration, Government Services Agency, International Border and Water Commission, and various state agencies and commercial clients.

Prior to joining S&P, he was a vice president at a large national engineering firm, where he oversaw infrastructure design, design build, construction and installation operations. Mr. Holland holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
