Brad Shearer directs all operations of S&P’s San Antonio and Austin commercial business units, including business development and executive project oversight. A hands-on operations manager, he is involved in every aspect of the business, from planning to execution, in addition to managing cost and quality control and subcontractor coordination. He is also responsible for control of project schedules and budgets, as well as interfacing with owners, architects and engineers.
 
Representative of his nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Shearer led operations and project management for the restoration of 51 hurricane-ravaged schools in New Orleans, where he managed as many as 14 schools simultaneously.
 
Mr. Shearer received his BA in Finance from the University of Texas. He is also a licensed real estate broker.
