Reports to: Chief Estimator
Location: San Antonio
Summary of Position:
The Senior Estimator is in charge of procuring an entire project. A successful procurement effort includes managing the bid team, developing the bid strategy, maintaining subcontractor relationships, and training other employees in the Estimating Department. The Senior Estimator is completely familiar with company production history and has a complete understanding of subcontracting and procurement strategies. |

Reports to: Chief Estimator
Location: Houston
Summary of Position:
Estimator is a critical position with S&P. Estimators are responsible for evaluation bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that we know everything required to successfully bid and win the project. Estimators must aggressively follow-up with subcontractors to ensure that bids are received. Estimators also work with the Project Management teams to follow-up on bids and budgets to close the business. |

Reports to: Project Superintendent
Location: Houston | San Antonio
Summary of Position:
The Assistant/Area Superintendent is required primarily on larger projects. An Assistant/Area Superintendent will have responsibility for a specific geographic area or craft phase of the Project. Duties are similar to those of the Project Superintendent, but limited to his or her assigned portion of the project. |

Summary of Position:
Project Superintendent will directly influence the delegation of authority and responsibility by the Project Manager to the Project Superintendent. The Project Manager and Project Superintendent will work as a complementary team where the sum of their efforts is greater than their individual efforts. The Project Manager will generally concentrate on the long-range planning, problem solving, and logistics so that the Project's Superintendent can concentrate most of his or her time on the daily and short-range direction of the Project. |

Reports to: Project Executive/Sr. Project Manager
Location: Houston
Summary of Position:
The Project Manager is the company's "management representative" responsible for the safe completion of projects within the budget, on schedule, to the company's quality standards, and to the customer's satisfaction. It is his/her responsibility to initiate any action required to achieve the above objectives and insure that all project activities are consistent with company policy. The Project Manager's duties will vary, as required, to support the Project Superintendent and other personnel assigned to the project. His/her first responsibility is to insure the effectiveness of the Superintendent and his staff. Generally, the Project Manager's role will concentrate more on long-term planning, scheduling, the identification of future "roadblocks" and "pitfalls," and the solving of these problems prior to their impact on the project. The Project Manager is to insure that all logistical support is completed in a timely fashion so the Superintendent can concentrate on the daily and weekly direction of the company's forces and coordination of subcontractors. |

Summary of Position:
Responsible for the profitable execution of the projects under his/her management including on-time completion, adherence to corporate and contract compliance, quality control and customer satisfaction. Assisting the VP of Operations in assuring project managers continuing education, development and adherence to the corporate policies, project reporting requirements and the contract documents. The Project Executive / Senior Project Manager shall participate in work procurement, including constructability reviews prior to bid day. |
