With three decades of design and construction experience, Frank Roetzel holds responsibility for the overall performance of the corporate technical services offered by Satterfield & Pontikes. Having served as architect, owner and contractor, Mr. Roetzel has a unique ability to understand and manage the entire building delivery process in hard bid, construction management and design build delivery methods.
His experience includes the management of projects measured in the hundreds of millions of dollars as well as many smaller projects in diverse market sectors including public works, aviation, education, retail and commercial.
Having put in place nearly $2 billion dollars worth of construction over the years,
Mr. Roetzel focuses on the success that can be achieved through collaboration, technology and construction know-how to deliver a project on time and in budget.
Mr. Roetzel holds a Bachelor of Architecture, Masters of Architecture and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
