Charlie Fote joined Satterfield & Pontikes in 2001, bringing with him a wealth of experience in commercial construction. He has managed projects across a variety of sectors, including aviation, public works, higher education, hospitality, sports and national security.

 His sharp business acumen is combined with a practical background in competitive bids, guaranteed maximum price and negotiated contracts, planning, scheduling and self-performed operations. A consummate team builder with a hard focus on accountability, he coordinates the efforts of owners, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to successfully provide exceptional service, quality and cost control.
 
Prior to joining S&P, Mr. Fote was a project superintendent for a large national construction firm. He holds a BS in Construction Science from Purdue University, where he is an active alumnus.
