Satterfield & Pontikes is a privately-held company administered through its Board of Directors, chaired by co-founder George A. Pontikes, Jr.

The corporate structure is broken into three groups whose responsibilities are reflected in their naming. These groups are:

Get Work - Manages pre-construction activities including marketing/advertising and estimating.

Do Work - Conducts operations, project management, construction site activities and field personnel. All projects in this area are assigned to a Business Unit Manager who oversees all work in their area.

Keep Score - Supervises financial, information technology and human resource issues.
