Satterfield & Pontikes is a privately held company administered through its Board of Directors, chaired by co-founder George A. Pontikes, Jr.

The corporate structure is broken into three general responsibilities:

Get Work - Manage pre-construction activities including marketing/advertising and estimating.

Do Work - Conduct operations, project management, construction site activities and field personnel.

Keep Score - Supervise financial, information technology and human resource issues.
